    1. How long have you been with Triton Power?

    I’m grateful for my eight years at Triton Power. It was a fantastic experience that gave me valuable skills and countless opportunities.

    2. Why did you join the company?

    I decided to join the company when I saw a great opportunity that aligned with my job search. I was confident in my abilities and knew I could contribute as an essential team member.

    3. What’s your favorite part of working for Triton Power?

    Working with customers and ensuring their needs are met is fulfilling. By actively listening to their concerns and showing empathy, I can establish a trusting relationship with them and instill confidence in myself and the business.

    4. What is your current position?

    Currently, I hold the position of a Major Account Representative.

    5. What do you like most about the generator industry?

    The generator industry is exciting to work in. I can interact with people from all walks of life and constantly acquire technical expertise.

    6. What inspires you to come to work every day?

    It’s satisfying to fulfill customers’ generator needs, and I feel like a valuable asset to their business continuity plan.

    7. If you could choose anyone as a mentor, who would you choose and why?

    Brian Tienhaara is undoubtedly my mentor. He patiently imparted all the necessary knowledge about generators and dedicated substantial time and effort to my training. He remains my primary point of contact for any uncertainties or inquiries, and I am confident in his guidance.

    8. What advice would you give someone wanting to enter the generator industry?

    If you’re considering a career in the generator industry, you’re making a wise decision, as it offers lucrative opportunities. You’ll have ample chances to acquire extensive knowledge about diverse functions and facets of the industry.

    9. What’s one thing you learned — industry-related or not — in the last month?

    Recently, I underwent training for a remarkable CRM software. This powerful tool empowers me to effectively engage potential customers, categorize leads, and maintain timely communication with existing ones. Mastery of these tools is crucial in achieving optimal customer satisfaction and helps me be well-equipped to deliver exceptional results.
